Community space back to parkland
We were asked to return this public space back to the parkland that it once was for Murphy Construction, following a pipe scheme passing through. The fact that the site adjoined the River Thames and 2012 was one of the wettest summers on record made finding a dry slot to cultivate and reseed challenging.
Our light, compact equipment enabled the cultivation and seeding to be carried out in moist conditions and the grass established well.
The local council was pleased with the quality of reinstatement and the space is now being enjoyed again by the local community.
